Rebecca
Horn: out of print .................. |
The first of a planned series of postcard books shows ten works on twenty postcards by one of the most important women artists of our time. Each card depicts an installation by Rebecca Horn that arrests the viewer with the same force as in the moment of his first encounter. A second view, again in the form of a postcard, enhances our experience, deepens our memory of it, and transforms our perception. Rebecca Horn: 10 Works
/ 20 Postcards can be used by viewers as a publication in its own right,
or as a complement to previous publications. But of course
the book also offers itself as a collection of postcards in the classical
sense: the sender thus appends his own personal message to a work to
which he has already established a relationship, and that now he wishes
to share
with someone else. ..................
